Conference Location – Rotterdam (3-5 November)
In Rotterdam, the conference will take place on the campus of Erasmus University, navigation address: Burgemeester Oudlaan 50. The pre-conference meetings on 3 November (PhD meeting, affinity groups, WISESHIFT) are held in Langeveld, Sanders, and Mandeville building. All plenary and parallel sessions on 4 and 5 November will be in Theil building.
Find the buildings on the EUR Campus map. The campus can be reached with tram 1, 11, or 7, and is at walking distance from metro station Kralingse Zoom.
Conference Location – Utrecht (6–7 November)
The Utrecht part of the conference will take place on 6 and 7 November in various buildings located in the University Quarter of the city. Most venues are within a 15-minute walking distance from each other, offering a compact and walkable conference experience in the historic heart of Utrecht.
Please note: Utrecht’s city centre is difficult to access by car, and parking fees are notably high. We highly recommend using public transport or renting a bike during your stay.
Morning Sessions Venue: Drift 25
All morning (parallel) sessions on Thursday and Friday will be held in Drift 25, a centrally located Utrecht University building.
Important: The entrance to Drift 25 is through the adjacent Utrecht University Library at Drift 27. Please follow the signs on site for directions.
Plenary Sessions Venue: De Lik (Former Wolvenburg Prison)
The plenary sessions in Utrecht will take place at De Lik, located in the former Wolvenburg Prison — just a 5-minute walk from Drift 25.
